Who pays the 2.5% platform fee?
It comes out of the contractor payout, is capped at $150 per milestone, and drops to 0% when a Plus/Portfolio/Pro owner pays by ACH. Owners never pay a markup on the agreed amount.
When does a contractor get paid?
Owners fund a milestone up front and Supervision holds it. The contractor uploads proof-of-work (checked by AI), then the owner has 72 hours to approve or dispute. Funds release on approval or automatically when the window closes. Single payouts above $2,500 also get a human safety review.
What does rent collection cost a landlord?
Nothing. Supervision adds 0% to rent. The card or ACH processing cost (ACH 0.8% capped at $5, card 2.9% + $0.30) is passed to the tenant at cost, and the landlord nets 100% of rent.
What is the emergency dispatch fee?
Emergency after-hours dispatch jobs carry a 10% platform fee because we route and confirm a pro on short notice.
Is the CAD output a stamped permit set?
No. Pro includes AI-assisted 2D permit & proposal CAD that drafts floorplans and schedules for you to review, edit, and submit. You (or your engineer) remain responsible for the final drawings.
