1. Information We Collect

We collect only information required to provide our home stewardship services:

• Account Credentials: Email, name, and role (Homeowner, Landlord, Pro).
• Property Data: Property addresses, permits, and tax basis records you import.
• Receipts & Multimedia: Invoices, store receipts, photos, and jobsite videos uploaded for AI extraction.
• Payment Information: Handled securely by our PCI-compliant payment partner, Stripe.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used solely to generate your Property Passport, organize IRS tax deduction records, calibrate your private property dossiers, and provide audit-proof CSV exports.

3. AI Inference & Zero-Model-Training Pledge

Supervision utilizes enterprise-grade cloud inference endpoints (including secure enterprise infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Vertex AI) to parse inspection reports, extract receipt line-items, and assist Arthur in property ledger triage.

Zero Model Training Guarantee: All machine learning inference occurs within isolated, enterprise-secured VPC boundaries subject to zero-data-retention agreements. Your private home blueprints, property photos, contractor invoices, and conversation history with Arthur are never used to train public foundation models or shared with third-party AI providers for commercial model development.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not share your data except when you explicitly instruct us (such as sharing an RFP with a contractor or sharing a tax ledger with your CPA), or when strictly required by law.

5. Security & Encryption

Uploaded documents and receipts are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Access to private buckets is guarded by strict Firebase Security Rules and backend authentication.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
